But what sets the AD-400 apart is the inclusion of a built-in adjustable humidistat that allows you to set the unit to dry the air to the level you choose (from 40% to 80%; in increments of 5%). The unit then automatically sets the humidity value to your specifications. The automatic defrost function prevents freezing or quick cycling in lower temperatures. Operation is also super-quiet: rest assured that although the AD-400 is powerful, it won’t disturb your indoor environment.
